We arrive about an hour before the ceremony to photograph the location, guests arriving, portraits of the Groom and Groomsmen. If the Bride is getting ready at the same location, they have the option of being joined by the photographer in the Bridal suite to photograph the Brides preparations.
We then cover the ceremony (with permission from the registrar or church officials)  starting with the Brides arrival and entrance, the wedding vows and exchanging of rings, the signing of the register and the Bride and Groom exiting, which is all done in a very discreet manner. Once the ceremony is over, we then concentrate on photographing everyone present in an informal, candid style manner capturing the fun and atmosphere of the wedding.
The official portraits may be taken at the location of the ceremony or at the venue for the reception.
At the reception venue, we endeavour to capture all the details from the building to the table settings as well as more reportage style photography of the guests and a mock cutting of the cake. Once the Bride and Groom have sat down to eat then we leave you to enjoy yourselves.
All of the photographs we take (which could be anywhere between 300 to 800 photographs), are then loaded onto a DVD-CD Rom in the order they were taken and in their full JPEG file size (3Mb to 8Mb), with no water marks and full copy rights. The finished collection of images is then posted to you within 24 hours, ready for you to use as you wish.

Free signature print with this package, worth £95,
Offered to the bride and groom for their guests to sign. A 10 x 8 photograph from the day will be mounted on a large white card, which can be signed during the course of the evening celebrations. A really popular addition. We even provide the pens!!!

FAQ's
Q : How many photos will I get on my CD-Rom?
A : That depends on several factors like weather conditions, venue and amount of guests but on average you will have about 300 to 800 images, all high resolution in JPEG format of between 3Mb to 8Mb per image.
Q : Do you cover the whole wedding?
A : We cover every aspect of your wedding up until everyone is seated for the meal and speeches.
Q : What style of photos do you take?
A : Before and after the ceremony we will take reportage / candid style photographs of the guests as well as the official portrait shots which you request on your booking form. During the ceremony (permission required) we discreetly photograph this intimate and important moment followed by signing of the register.
Q : Is the price really all inclusive or are there any hidden charges?
A : Other than travel cost (see website) there are absolutely no other costs involved. The full price is £299.99.
Q : Can I do what I want with the photos and can I copy them for friends?
A : All the images taken at your wedding are sent to you with full copyrights. In other words they are your images to do as you wish.
Q : What happens if I damage my CD-Rom before I have time to make copies?
A : We keep a copy of all the original images for a period of five years and will replace your CD-Rom at a total cost of £15.00. However we suggest you make copies of you images as soon as possible and store your original CD-Rom some where safe.
Q : How far do you travel.
A : We have no limitations, within reason.
Q : When do we get our photos?
A : Once we have recieved full payment you will recieve your images by post within 24 hours. If you pay the balance on the day we will post the images to you within 48 hours.
Q : Can you do additional coverage, like photographing myself and brides maids in my room before the wedding service?
A : Yes we can. We charge £60 per hour.
